This Anti-VCAM-1 Antibody, clone B-N8 is validated for use in FC, IH for the detection of VCAM-1.

Immunohistochemistry: 0.5 µg/mL on acetone-fixed cryostat sections.

Flow cytometry: 1 µg per 10E6 cells (HUVEC)

Function studies: B-N8 can be used in studies of cell adhesion molecules.

ELISA

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
